The Urban Lab team has evaluated existing and projected travel demand, focusing on vehicular access, multimodal connectivity, public transport, pedestrian movement, and parking. A key objective is to improve internal circulation and strengthen linkages with the city. The study includes analysis of traffic patterns, parking operations, and metro shuttle integration. Benchmarking, congestion diagnosis, and targeted strategies like wayfinding and pedestrian safety guide recommendations. Parking solutions are based on demand-supply balance, zoning, EV-readiness, and inclusive technologies.
