This project delivers technical expertise for a comprehensive traffic study of commercial and retail blocks, aimed at improving mobility and reducing congestion.The study involves assessment of travel behavior, mode share, and transportation challenges. It evaluates traffic flow, travel times, and service vehicle circulation, including deliveries and loading/ unloading activities. Strategies are proposed to enhance parking efficiency and pedestrian safety.

The study proposes solutions for parking management and pedestrian safety, supported by interim updates and a final report with actionable recommendations based on field surveys and future demand forecasting to guide efficient traffic management.
