City Logistics Plan
Bengaluru
This project focuses on enhancing urban freight movement in Bengaluru by identifying current challenges and proposing sustainable logistics solutions. Supported by GIZ, the initiative focuses on data-driven analysis, infrastructure mapping, and policy recommendations to streamline last-mile delivery while reducing environmental impact. Through pilot interventions and stakeholder collaboration, the project aims to improve delivery reliability, reduce congestion, and promote the integration of non-motorized and electric freight vehicles. Ultimately, the goal is to support Bengaluru’s transition to a more efficient, inclusive, and environmentally responsible urban freight ecosystem.
