Tata Steel commissioned development of a township near Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The 21-hectare site includes residential, commercial, and recreational facilities.

The Urban Lab worked with Ratan J Batliboi Architects for preparing transport plan, street design,and junction design for the township. The design focused on enhancing user experience, safety of pedestrians, and enabling easy flow of traffic.
