Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) planned for a large-scale business park near Bengaluru airport. The 408-acre project would include world class infrastructure like business parks, design and culture district, innovation and research district, international convention centre, and other offices.

The Urban Lab was appointed as traffic and transport expert for preparing site accessibility, alternatives, and feasibility. The project envisages to provide seamless connectivity and multi-modal access for the users during the regular as well as surged traffic pattern during public events and conventions.
