Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation (GMC) is developing the street from Bhat towards Motera. The project scope includes designing the 2 km stretch along with streetscape, landscaping, intersection design, and wide footpaths. The corridor is an upcoming mixed use development linking Ahmedabad airport to the Narendra Modi stadium.

The Urban Lab is appointed by GMC as a design consultant for planning and design of the corridor. The scope of the work includes street design, estimates, bid preparation and evaluation, design supervision, and coordination with different stakeholders.
